Where Fat Burning Furnace Started

Rob and Kalen Poulos, husband and wife, struck out on the weight loss battle together…you can see their before and after pictures posted all over the internet. Between the two of them, they lost nearly 100 pounds and look great! Their story inspired me to try the program myself after feeling the unsettling frustration that comes with attempting a ton of weight loss solutions that inevitably end up putting more weight on than they help take off.

I’m posting my own Fat Burning Furnace review because the concepts of this program are basic and easy to follow and they helped me lose 16 pounds…and I’m still losing weight! I am so thankful to Rob and Kalen for sharing their story and explaining the methods that they used to achieve their own success in their weight loss battle.

My self esteem has soared through the roof and I feel better about myself everyday that I wake up. Words cannot explain what it is like to look in the mirror and see the “new me”. I get compliments from people all of the time now about how great I look. People are constantly asking me my secret, so I finally decided to sit down and write this Fat Burning Furnace review to post on the internet and let people know that this is how I lost the weight.

The Fat Burning Furnace Program

The Fat Burning Furnace system is an information-packed 158 page book that guides readers through the process that is required to lose fat while achieving lean muscle. The Fat Burning Furnace book helped to raise my resting metabolic rate. This was an ultimate plus for me, because increasing my metabolic rate was the key to attaining the long-term weight loss goals that I had. A higher resting metabolic rate helps your body burn the calories on an ongoing basis.

A busy lifestyle filled with waking up and rushing out to work, working all day, running errands in the afternoon and squishing meals in between everything else that needs to be accomplished does not offer much room to modify behaviors and habits that cause excess weight. I felt like I didn’t have the time to stop and think about how many calories I was eating, what foods I needed to eat and whether or not I had time to squeeze long exercising programs into my hectic schedule.

With the help of the Fat Burning Furnace system, I turned my body into a “furnace”. If you think about a furnace, it burns with little to no maintenance. When you effectively raise your resting metabolic rate, your body automatically burns hundreds of calories on its own without the unnecessary calorie counting and food monitoring.

Working Out

I’m not going to lie…the Fat Burning Furnace requires you to work out. You will need to muster up the motivation to get up and move that body. Rob Poulos does not support long and strenuous workouts, however, so for those of you that despise working out, you can handle this. The only requirement is 3 workouts per week in the beginning, but you will be able to reduce that to 2 workouts per week later on in the program. That’s not too much to ask, is it? You didn’t think you were going to lose that weight sitting around eating, did you?

The workouts are short, too. Thirty minutes per workout, three times a week. If you can squish that into your busy lifestyle, you’re on your way to turning your body into a fat burning machine. In reality, working out for 90 minutes per week is not a bad deal. I found this to work into my schedule fairly easy and, quite honestly, started feeling more energetic and vibrant after the second week of doing the workouts.

The exercise plan focuses on the entire body. The workouts are slow and steady to eliminate the possibility of your muscles getting tired. The half hour goes by quickly-I often find myself going beyond the half hour, because I don’t feel like I am working overtime when I exercise according to Rob’s recommendations. The photos in the book helped me to understand exactly how to position my body while I was first learning how to do the exercises.

The Nutrition Portion of Fat Burning Furnace

It is no real secret that you have to eat fewer calories than your body burns each day to lose weight. If you eat more calories than your body burns, your body maintains an excess of calories that will turn into fat storage. Whether the foods you eat are healthy or junk food, if you are consuming more than your body is burning, you are definitely going to maintain or gain weight. If you eat fewer calories than your body burns, of course, you will start to lose weight.

In addition to explaining how to eat, Rob tells you how not to eat in order to lose weight. He tells you what to eat and when to eat to become healthier and slimmer. He also provides a great list of links to recipes that you can concoct to keep the caloric intake perfect.

The Conclusion to My Fat Burning Furnace Review

Rob focuses more on burning the calories than the nutritional portion of dieting, so if you are dead set on not exercising, this is simply not going to be the program for you. If you can find that 90 minutes per week to work out, however, you will be looking at a brand new, toned body that is easy to maintain once you start. When I look in the mirror, what I see reflected back at me is the body that I’ve been striving for. That’s all the motivation I need to maintain the exercise routine and keep my weight at an all time low.

I stopped reading weight loss ads, because they all lie. When I started reading reviews, I came across yours and thought, “This sounds like a perfect solution for me”. I think anyone can succeed on this program. Just look at the before and after pictures of you, Rob and Kalen. They speak for themselves.

I just started the FBF last week. I defined have more energy! I haven’t noticed any weight loss on scale though. Is that normal? I have been following the 5 meal plan and exercise.

You will need to focus on burning calories in order to lose the weight. So, increasing your exercise is vital, however you’ll only need to exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I found myself going beyond that quite often. You will start to enjoy exercising once you see the results!
